New Delhi: Microsoft has officially retired the venerable Internet Explorer. Microsoft has been warning users about the end of Internet Explorer 11 for over a year now but recent research has shown that millions of Windows 10 users were still using the veteran browser. Microsoft 365 will no longer support Internet Explorer on August 17, 2021. In 2016, fresh feature development for Internet Explorer was halted in favour of the new browser Microsoft Edge. PCs of similar design emerged over the years, but it can't be. According to reports, the browser peaked in 2003 with a 95 percent usage share.
